Office Space to rent
Exact dimensions are available on request but we have eight office spaces available to rent that can accommodate between one and four members of staff.

Hot Desking Area
A large comfortable space, a light and airy room in the heart of a building with a central location. Until reception is up an running – please call in advance to ensure that you are able to access the area.

The hot desking area will ordinarily be open Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. It is a great working environment and as the popularity of Morroway House increases you can expect to benefit from making new connections whilst you work.
Single person offices, designed for start up or early stage charities, not for profits or voluntary sector organisations. In addition to the Office Space benefits we hope to gain sufficient sponsorship that might be able to subsidise these spaces or even make them totally free. It is anticipated that demand for these will be high and that Incubator Organisations will move on after one year. We are also planning to offer additional support in the form of meetings with an experienced business Mentor.
Meeting Room Hire
Capable of holding up to 12 people in a Boardroom style meeting (more in cabaret style), this room has air conditioning, free wifi access and a 55 inch TV with HDMI capable. Delegates will of course have access to the lift and other shared facilities that the other spaces have.
The cost of hire is £50 for a full day or £25 for a part day (payable in advance via BACS). Teas and Coffees can be made available at £5 per meeting up to 8 people. Additional catering can be provided by our preferred caterer, the Knobbly Cob, Gloucester.
