Why is the facility only for charitable, not for profit or voluntary sector organisations?

The idea behind Morroway House stemmed from the fact that there was no dedicated shared office space for small and medium sized organisations of this kind. We also are strong believers in the fact that there massive benefits to be gained by like minded organisations coming together to share expertise and insight.

We are already finding benefits for our existing tenants from them coming together in this way.

Do you have parking?

We have a limited number of spaces onsite, but these are mainly allocated. There is a pay and display car park less than 2 minutes away and of course our access to public transport is fantastic!

Are the premises accessible outside normal office hours?

We don't offer 24/7 access, but several of our existing tenants are using their offices outside normal office hours by prior arrangement.
